All our products are unique and produced only once ordered. For that reason, we don’t offer returns or exchanges if a customer ordered a wrong size, color or doesn’t want the product anymore.
However, we do offer a replacement or a refund if you received a different product, a product with a different design than the one you ordered, or the product arrived to you damaged either during production or shipping. In this case, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving the product with the following information:
- order number;
- detailed description of what is wrong with the product;
- pictures of the product showing the problem;
- full delivery address;
- contact number.
If the return is accepted, then no need to send the item back to us. You will either receive a replacement or will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for the credit card company and the bank to process the refund.
